I don't ever remember U2 being a heavy band so how do they get too soft? The first song I heard was called Gloria and it didn't rock me down town or anything. They have never been a heavy band. They don't even use distorted guitar much. Bono is not a heavy singer. Edge is not a heavy guitar player. I just don't see why you would imply that U2 is a heavy band that has gone soft when they did not do that at all in fact have always been a soft band. U2 is a great band that makes great music that is not heavy at all but rather on the soft side. Do you have anything to say about your comment about them being soft?
