I ordered mine from one of the record stores listed on the now and then site. I was told there were some delays in the store getting the tickets from the production company. It could be the same situation with ticketline, even if they print the tickets in their system. There might have been a hold in shipping due to the other delays. Don't know for sure,but it is possible.
