Magnum, my favourite band! As for your questions:
1. Wings Of Heaven, absolutely an awesome album. The band at their peak
2. All of their stuff is good
3. Most of the studio releases are or have been re-released. Some of the B-side singles are difficult to find. Probably the hardest to find is "The Tall Ships" single from Rock Art
