Depends what sort of stuff you like I guess. I like the first Sonata Arctica album "Ecliptica" and they have a new maxi-CD out too. Both on Spinefarm (Finnish label). Quite new releases but of course you´ll pay less over here.

An aside: I looked in a record store in Amsterdam when I was there recently - nothing special, just in the station - they were very well stocked for rock/metal and had albums that I didn´t know existed, eg. one sort of prog metal "guest artist special" with DC Cooper, Mike Portnoy, Steve Howe, lots of others. I figure Germany may be the same deal but wouldn´t put too much hope on getting anything great in Switzerland. They´re not too big on metal there.

I guess you could also keep your eyes open for the special 2-CD releases of UFO´s Covenant (with a 7-track live CD) and the reissues of the Ten albums too.
