May be that some people have it confused, but this one is definitely Perry on vox--and sounding pretty strained in some places, IMO. Vocally, it sounds like something recorded between ROR and FTLOSM.
speaking thereof....anybody know who is doing the vocals on the "Foolish Heart" live song that's also on napster? It's not Perry, but I have no idea who it is....
