Hi folks,
the story continues .... millions of new releases on www.rocktracks.de :
********************************
Millenium - Hourglass
Great new album with Jorn Lande on vox. Millenium always had good songs, now
they have a very good voice, too. Melodic Hard Rock at it's best.
Unfortunately the second half can't keep the quality of the first half.
********************************
Dogface - Unleashed
MTM's latest featuring Mats Levin on vox. Very good song in a fresh and
rockin sound the way Danger Danger and Von Groove improved their sound.
********************************
Crystal Ball - Hard Impact
Awesome new melodic hard rock album in the vein of
DOKKEN/VICTORY/BONFIRE/STRATOVARIUS by the swiss guys. Crunchy guitars
combined with powerful vocals and killertracks like 'Own Way', 'Soul Mate',
'Won't Bite' or 'Feel The Passion' make this a top notch release of 2000 and
the whole genre in general
********************************
Praying Mantis - Nowhere To Hide
Most probably THE album of 2000. Awesome, 1st class Melodic Rock. The best
PRAYING MANTIS ever did. Fantastic leadvocals by Tony O'Hara. Contains
touches of a more AORish first BALANCE OF POWER, some classic AXE with
awesome hooklines and melodies. A must ! The first 100% on rocktracks !
********************************
Axel Rudi Pell - The Wizards Chosen Fews
Double CD Best Of. I'm not sure if something like this is unnecessary among
all the other good stuff being released right now. Contains some live and
unreleased stuff, too
********************************
Axe - The Crown
Great new album by Denver based Rockers Axe. This one needs a few spins, but
is a huge grower then. Sounds more like traditional early 80s Axe
********************************
Mitch Malloy - Shine
Very good album by AOR hero Mitch Malloy. Non of the tracks can reach
'Anything At All', but it's a good album all in all. Tends more towards the
singer/songwriter stuff
Watch out for Alfonzetti, Shameless, Gatling Gun, Subway, Purple Cross, Kick
Axe and more videos the next few days.
Take care
Klaus
