As of today, Oct 12th, DeYoung is suing the members of Styx (Young, Shaw & Panozzo) over use of the Styx name. I don't have all the details handy but from what I understand he is seeking to have them stop using the Styx name.. He filed in fedral court and it DOES look like Dennis has a case. I'm sure we'll see updates on this site, and Styx sites.
