Gav...you beat me too it. So Savage is one of my top 10 power ballads. As far as albums that missed would be ( amoung others) is Blue Murder: Nothing But Trouble. Geffen had realized, too late, that John was a driving force with Whitesnake and that the 1st CD got no backing. The second was supposed to have backing but ddin't and it was lost in the suffle. Songs like "We all fall down" & "Saving MY Love" would be a hit in an era when "DICKS WITH SUITS" at MTV dictate Music in america.
