To get net file onto your home PC, you have to either get it over the modem or bring in through a floppy/CDR/etc.
If you have access to a CDR burner or a Jazz/Zip drive at work, you d/l at work, make a copy, and take it home.
Jack's idea of connectioning the the work and home PCs only works if one is a notebook.
