The VU cover

Is it just me or does this look like a blatant Journey ripoff down to the scarab and Infinity lettering? Granted, the songs are kind in the Journey vein along with Two Fires and The Storm, but at least they had their own lettering and not trying to look like a poor second-rate imitation. I've seen covers before that do resemble another band--which will happen since there are so many cds that some overlapping will have to occur eventually--but why try so obviously to make people think it's a Journey cd when it isn't??? Anybody else see this?

Kevin
