There are many good guitar players. I think about Steve Lukather, Michael Thompson, Bruce Gaitsch (is it written right?), John Sykes, Steve Vai, Vivian Campbell, etc
The list goes on and on (ie Lenny Cordola, Mike Slamer,......)

It is impossible for me to compile the "ultimate Top 10", there will always be another guitarist worth to appear at least at the position # 10!!!

Each of them played a particular chord of my heart and will always be there, but there's place for someone new.
