It is not that as much as why would anybody waste their time making Napster better when in all likelyhood the company will be out of business soon. BTW, the company has not made any money.

The current issue of Time magazine has an article on the 19 year old that created Napster. He is living in an apartment in Silicon Valley (which you only have to be near rich to do).
