Susumu, if you want to hear an updated version of Pink Floyd check out Purcupine Tree from the UK. Brilliant band with a new album coming out shortly. I think you would also enjoy a band called World Trade, especially their first album on Polydor, with Billy Sherwood (now wirth Yes) on bass. They are pretty much a studio project now and no longer a going concern, but their debut album from 1990 was a great mix of AOR and progressive influences; the vocals were very much like Jon Anderson as well.

Also, Magna Carta Records has released a number of albums by up and coming progressive (hard) rock bands, including Enchant, Magellan, Cairo, and Tiles as well as stuff that's more along the lines of Dream Theater, like Dali's Dilemma and Ice Age (very Styx-like vocals!).
