well i hate to disagree..but the rising is not a rockin cd...its actually very mellow....even the more upbeat songs dont really have any drive to them....I guess i was hoping for more rocking like born in the Usa cd was.....................with that said..if your a big bruce lover you should buy this cd. its typical bruce ....prodding , serious lyrics , etc.....

again not a bad cd but not a rocking cd .
