Ides Of March had a very late 60's -very early 70's feel to it. The band is most often compared to Blood Sweat & Tears, which is about right. They had a huge hit single with a song called "Vehicle" and a few minor hits. They gigged extensivley in particular-the Midwest.
They were never a huge influence, and not hugely popular as some might have you believe, compared to other bands of the time.
