Most of this crap about Dave being "out of the band" comes from a taped interview with Sammy Hagar which has been proven to be badly editied by a website with a history of anti - reunion propaganda.

Everything I have heard indicates that Van Halen is still on schedule for the "official" return in the Spring and Summer of 2001.

What I find hilarious is people praising some of these washed up hair bands, many of whom were past their prime by their second album- let alone 20 years later- and then bashing the band who was responsible for the very existence of the so called "metal" of the 80's. Without Van Halen, none of you would be here kneeling before the altar of hairspray and spandex.


Oh, and BTW...... Fuck eMpTyV too. Van Halen MADE that damn network. For them to disrespect VH while giving dozens of awards to boybands and rappers without a shred of musical talent proves what a joke that channel has become.
