Mood Swings you up!

Harem Scarem seem to have - and I'm by no means an expert and only a casual fan - a history of doing what they want to do. Mood Swings was the one album that everyone here agrees on, at least they seem to as the only argument it sparks is how good it actually is. Some say excellent, others disagree and say its fucking unbelievable, you get my drift.
I was put onto Mood Swings here at this board a long while back and still spin the disc to this day. But I then decided to take the journey through their studio catalogue - my advice is to not do this! I have since traded the lot away and just held onto two, the afore mentioned, and Karma Cleansing. KC doesn't really hold a candle to MS but its a pretty good album on its own.
The self titled debut sucks in my opinion, very light on and passionless and bland production, MS came second, then the third, a venture into grunge also didn't strike any harmony with me, then comes Karma Cleansing which had a sister-release but the title escapes me (it had a similar track listing but dropped a couple and added a couple), then Big Bang Theory which I played once and traded ASAP, and then Rubber. I'd given up by Rubber.
There's a load of live, b-side and greatest hits discs running around as well but I ain't fan enough to go there. So get Mood Swings, but be wary of what else you decide to go for. Go for sound bytes where you can.
Cheers and beers
