I think you're all missing the point.The purpose of Steve A. as apposed to a new name is so they can tour on the Journey material and I for one am greatful as I never had a chance to see them in their glory days.This is not to say I believe this to be some old rehash revival tour bulls***.The proof that it's not is seeing a live show.If you haven't already you should when you can,the show is tight,smooth and packed full of energy.More importantly,the crowdes connection to the band is unbelievable.Steve A. does an outstanding job of singing the Journey classics if he were just good the crowd connection wouldn't be there.The new cd is more proof that they aren't old hasbeen musicians tring to relive days gone by.I've heard some of the new one and I truely believe it to be very good (Higher Place rocks!!!).
Now if you all could get over your loyalty or your hatred for change you might see it for what it really is GOOD MUSIC.
