Just a guess, but maybe because they're going out on the road making money using the name Styx?

Dennis joined Chuck and John to form Styx in the twin's basement. I seriously doubt that Chuck would join the guys on the road even though they were "screwing" Dennis because of money. Heck, I don't even know if Chuck gets paid to perform!

There is much more going on behind the scenes than we know. Face it, think about how Dennis has trashed the album and the current line-up in the public eye, and ask yourself what he says off the record. It is NOT a pretty picture.
