I think Yngwie actually HELPED all of those vocalists...Jeff Scott Soto had his start with Yngwie and now has an almost legendary status. Goran Edman as well, is now a great session singer.

The funny thing is, everyone is so quick to judge him as a terrible person when they don't even know him personally. I doubt anyone in here has worked with him on an album. The fact of the matter is that he hires singers on a very temporary basis (i.e. one or two albums). If they don't want it that way they don't have to sign the deal!

Please keep in mind that many of his previous singers collaborated with him again on the "Inspiration" album. And also that Mats Olausson has been in his band for over 10 years now.

I also said "Magnum Opus was Seventh Sign all over again", just because I thought they were too similar. That doesn't mean that I think they suck. As far as your comment that nobody wants to work with him, I suppose you are right. Look at how he destroyed the careers of Jeff Scott Soto, Mark Boals(who somehow got a solo deal), Joe Lynn Turner, Goran Edman, Mike Vescera and Mats Leven. Hey, wait a minute, now that I think of it, they all had greatly increased international interest immediately after leaving his band. Man, what promising young vocalist would want that!!!
