5. Vinny Burns - So underrated that it's not funny.

I would have easily added Petrucci to this list, but I feel he doesn't deserve to be on a melodic rock list....he's more of a progressive metal. But hey, if you dont agree with me....add petrucci up there and take off Vito, for inactivity!
