Well I havn't read anybody elses posts re Babylon however here is what I think .Ten have certainly come up with the goods this time around. When they went for the 'harder 'sound of Spellbound last year many of the bands early fans were a little pissed that the aor sound of the first album was forgotten as such. This time around Ten have successfully married the style of the debut and Spellbound to produce an absolute masterpiece , ok the cheesy American raduio announcer is a bit of a pain but the songs are what matter. Don Airey''s addition to the band is a masterstroke as he stamps his class all over the album and has taken Ten's sound to the next level.Without going into ever song in detail the sound is unmistakably Ten but boy have they grown. From rockers such as The Stranger , The Heat and Hard Hearted Woman to the beautiful ballads Give in this Time and Silent Rain, the performance is as close to faultless as you can possibly get...this has to be very close to album of the year.it's monsterous......a very happy Kieran
