No, there isn't. The bonus-track is from the B-side of the
"Heaven Tonight" 7" single. The picture under the clear tray
on the bootleg is actually the cover of the single.

It's clear that this bootleg was made with great care by a fan,
and not some hack out to make a quick buck.

I heard that the original CD was printed in a VERY limited
number. Somebody said 500 ex, but I don't know if this is correct.
But you have to remember that LPs still ruled at that time (1986).
And often the labels didn't bother reprinting the titles that didn't
sell that great in the first place.
