.......just a VERY dimished Perry. Sounds like one of the recordings from the "For the Love of Strange Medicine" 1994 solo tour. I have a few recordings off of that tour and to say that Perry had "some voice problems" that tour would be putting it mildly, unfortunately--and some of it was NOT due to the official "bronchitis" reason! :(
