Actually I loved TYKETTO's 'Shine'!! But I know I'm in a minority here! At first I was freaked by it, but it kinda crept up on me. Went to see them at Preston and the (small) crowd just gave Augeri a hard time from the moment he stepped on the stage.I felt for the guy. Here he was living his dream of getting to tour England and the people just wanted to see Danny Vaughn. Played and sang his heart out too.

'Shine' was different, more bluesy, and Augeri sounded a little like Ray Gillen in places. It's testament to the man's versatility that he did TALL STORIES, then the change to 'Shine' and can now adapt to fit into JOURNEY and I believe he DOES fit into JOURNEY. But if you're not a fan to start with I don't suppose he will make any difference to you anyway.

TALL STORIES I really need to dig out and listen to again buy my heads not really in that space at the moment if you know what I mean.
