Anybody else using BTinternet at their ISP?

Sorry to clog up the board with this but I'm asking because my system is PAINFULLY slow tonight (MON) and I haven't been able to connect at weekends recently.
I don't know if it's my system or just BT's crap service! If anyone has any thoughts I'd appreciate it thanks.
