Tommy did not write the songs on _Ambition_. The rumor is that his record label forced him to, since they were not pleased with his songwriting at the time. The second realted rumor is that he was so wacked on drugs that his song writing was for sh*t.

Tommy's first two solo albums, _Girls with Guns_ and _What If_, were written by him and a cut above _A_.
Originally _A_ did not sell well and only a had a limited CD printing, which lead to it being a rarity. Way back when, I bought _A_ used, thought it sucked, and had a world of problems trying to find a used CD store to take it in a trade.
