Tommy Shaw 'Ambition' CD. Bootleg or legit?

Saw a "new" copy of Tommy Shaw's 'Ambition' on CD that's turned up in a respectable record store. A bit expensive, as befits US imports. Was unable to check the actual disc itself for codes so I'm just curious to know if this is a genuine re-release or another of those "Swedish re-issues" we hear so much about?!
