That is precisely why it is NOT stealing, because you CAN'T buy it yet. After the album IS released, then downloading it with the intention of burning yourself a free Journey album (or should I say the "Neal Schon Band" album?) would be an immoral thing to do. As of this moment, you are not taking any money out of "Journey's" pocket (or Sony's if you give a shit about a multinational corporation losing a few bucks)
