I was checking this link out from my Detritus email and was surprised to see that Impulse was the subject of so much talk. I've ordered Cd's from them at least 2 dozen times and never had any problems. I have always ordered over the phone and I've asked that they ship the in stock stuff for me right away and the back ordered stuff later. I've always gotten just what I ordered and I also must say that the people there have turned me on to a bunch of great music that I never would have known about without them. I'm sorry to hear that you've had some difficultes there, but I must say that they are, in my opinion, the best CD specialty store I've ordered from. Nothing negative about anyone else, I just feel that the service through Impulse is frankly, the best.

Good Luck with your problem. My suggestion is that you take it up with them, they are very reasonable people, and they are in business to sell music after all, I'm sure they want to continue to do business with you as much as you want to get your order.
