Yeah--I live two and a half hours from this place, and I can honestly say i've had the same type of problems. Went there once in person with (obviously) no problems, but i've had stuff show up in my mailbox two to three months later I totally forgot I ordered! Anyway, thats why I give the lion's share of my business to Georg at AOR Heaven & Schmankerl Records in Germany. Georg always replies within 24 hours, & I have the items on my doorstep in no more than a week's time.
