I have ordered many, many times from them and never had a problem. They even price match all you gotta do it ask. BUT... I have only called my orders in. I have never used the online service so I can't comment on that. I usually get my orders within 2-4 days. Like I said from only calling the orders in I have had no problem.

Can't say the same for a lot of the other listed, Hot-Tracks took forever to send me a cd about a month or so after it was confirmed in stock.

It seems like overall Impulse is no better or worse I am sure my order just got lost in the shuffle at Hot-Tracks I am sure I will order from them again. So I don't hold it against them.

I am sure that almost everyone has had a bad experience at one place or another. Usually they are more than happy to make the situation right.
