Ive used them alot out of maybe 20 times i had one bad experience and that was because the cd was out of stock at the time and the band took forever to get them more. I dont think they will rip ya off but ive learned that ya need to ask if they have what you are ordering in stock and if they dont grab something else. It seems that the import cds sometimes dont show up when they are supposed to. I ordered a gotthard cd once from another place and it took 3 months because it got stuck in customs.. I personally recommend perris records Tom is a great guy and will give ya top notch service... hope this helps later
