I used to order from Impulse in the past and I always received great service. Now, I happen to live about 10 minutes away and I just go to the store. I have become friends with these guys and they are honest, straightforward people. They always play cds for me to hear before buying and are good about letting me know when cds will be coming. I highly recommend them especially after getting to know them personally. I realize my situation is different because I just walk in, but I never had any problems when I dealt with them through mail order previously. They give me their opinions on cds and recommendations and are not afraid to admit when something is shit. This kind of honesty brings me back to them.
