The places that I found with slow service are Dream Disk and Hot Tracks, with their orders taking 3-4 weeks to get delivered. Both places have truly amazing catalogs, that keeps drawing me back.

The best service I found is at NEH and Wishing Well. Both places will send you an email and apologize, if they can not ship the very next day. Both places also have great prices too. Their only knock is that they don't carry Kivel CDs, yet.
