Yeah a while back I ordered an Impellitteri cd from them and I waited and waited. I called and they said it was on order and they would send as soon as they got it. After about 2 months of waiting I called and cancelled my order. About 1 month later I find the cd that I cancelled sitting in my mail box and a charge to my card. Needless to say I had to go off on these people about this and finally got the matter taken care of. I would stay away from these people at all costs. There are alot better places to get your cds from. By far the best that I've tried has been NEH Records. They have the most helpful and professional people helping you, and everytime I've ordered from them they have had the cds in stock. They tell you up front if its in stock also. If I order a cd from them on say Monday I'll have it by no later than Thursday or Friday depending on how they ship it. Also try Dream Disc. They have a very good selection and also tell you up front if they have the item your looking for in stock. I hope this helps.
