I guess this is just what the 'kids' want in these territories.

The unfortunate thing is that the UK music industry LIKES to feel that it creates new, credible artists and that the rest of the world ie. Europe and Japan are either responsible for a) a constant stream of pseudo Eurovision pap or b) the place where bands go when they've stopped selling ANYWHERE else in the world! (Step up HAREM SCAREM!!).

There ARE some good new British bands appearing ( not rock bands of course!) but it's a horribly 'superior' stance to take. But an attitude that persists in the minds of music journalists etc over here.

Step back and watch the UK try and flog WESTLIFE and RONAN KEATING to the US over the next few months, and bear in mind that Clive Davis has said that he personally will see to the success of Westlife. Could be SANTANA all over again!!!!
