FOREIGNER TRIBUTE ALBUM - is this the first one?

About bloody time. With the raft of bands supposedly influenced by Journey (House of Shakira) etc. it's great to see Escape releasing a foreigner tribute album. And the collaborators in the project look impressive especially in the vocal department. Does anyone know of any previous foreigner tribute albums and if so what's the quality like? Cheers.Kaos fan.
