The sales figures......

.......are hardly shocking! Geez, what did everyone expect??? I mean, for fuck's sake, Def Lep and Bon Jovi were always much more popular than the Crue and they sold about 100,000 copies their first week out in the US with hardly no company support (well, a bit in the latter case). What, is Motley Crue going to make a comeback? The only reason they've been in the headlines at all is because Tommy beat up his celebrity wife, and now that's gone too. Motley always relied more on a glam/sleaze thing which is far less popular than BJ & DL more widely accepted melodies. I'm not saying one is better than the other, as I haven't heard more than a single track of the new Corrs, and a few from Motley's but man, the comparison makes little sense to begin with.

Oh, and Mutt Lange couldn't be all over it.....he only did 3 songs.

Cheers!
Jack.
