Hey Kris,

I have a Pioneer CD-R myself. It works great but I just got it about a month ago so it's still too early to tell--so far so good. Anyway, Harman Kardon is a great brand name. They make a lot of pro-audio equipment. Many producers/engineers prefer Harman Kardon because they make quality products and sell at near-consumer prices. I used to work in a recording studio and all the equipment was Harman Kardon. If you can get your hands on a HK CD-R for a decent price, I wouldn't think twice. You can't go wrong.

Robert
