I don't know much, but I remember someone saying that they had that sort of shit over at www.discmakers.com for free......don't know how good it is, but you might want to give it a go.

What I've had to do is make my own little template for CD covers in Excel out of trial and error. I had to adjust a bunch of stuff for the title at the side of the disc and so on, and I'm pretty satisfied, though I don't have any stickers and the like, and would prefer to use a more pro thing.
