I didn't know about a specific link between Koch and SPV but Koch certainly distribute SPV here in the UK. The likes of GLENN HUGHES and I think I remember the live PRIEST 'Meltdown' album being distributed by them.

I love these two artists but, to be honest, when we in retail see Koch handling something, we pretty much know it's going to do nothing in the UK. It's almost like a former stars graveyard! Maybe it's a different story in Europe?
