Better then Feelgood?

Its really better then Dr Feelgood? I loved that album, man, this must be a great disc. I notice some are saying its heavier, are we talking "Primal Scream/Dr Feelgood" heavy in terms of riffage/rythm? I love the song "Hell on High Heels" but wouldn't consider it heavy. Info appreciated.
