King Kobra Thrill Reissue

Does anyone know the reason why Axe Killer decided to throw a Jon Butcher
track on the end on the reissue of Thrill Of A Lifetime ?
This great album has just been put out in a superbly packaged edition but the
bonus track is not King Kobra. It just kind of ruins it for me.
AXE KILLER PLEASE EXPLAIN.
