Jack,
I would check out the ultra heavy Treat Me Like The Dog I Am, Dragstrip Superstar (shades of Kickstart My Heart?), She needs Rock And Roll, Punched in the Teeth By Love, and the smooth ballad New Tattoo. The whole CD rocks in the vein of Feelgood with a bit more crunch and punch. If you liked that album, this one is a must have! It's well produced (thanks to Mike Clink) and in case you were wondering, Randy Castillo's drumming begs the question: "Does anyone care that Tommy Lee is gone?" Castillo doesn't miss a beat.
Regarding comments about this being another 80s band trying to reclaim their days of glory, I say: YOU BET! That's just what we need. Danger Danger showed their fierce and hungry side for the first time in a decade with Gildersleeves, Leppard released some of their best music on last year's Euphoria, even Alice has returned to his dark and heavy roots...and hopefully Journey will also make a return to the days of long hair and waving lighters! Now, if we can only make Harry Hess realize that just one more "Mood Swings" would keep us all happy for a long time!
That's All.
