Best - Worst

Well, I've seen my share of Def Lep, Bon Jovi, Van Halen, etc.....all good, but for some reason Bryan Adams in 1993 on the Waking Up The Neighbors Tour was really, really memorable. It was a great rock show, before he did a lot of that schlop like the duet with Streisand and so on.....and he was playing with the entire band, not a 3 piece like on this last tour.
Lots of energy, both from him and the audience....everyone was standing up and screaming the entire concert like wild animals (that's what I love about the crowds in Mx, a lot of times in the US they just stand around and clap lamely or some shit, here people scream and sing along til they die!). You just couldn't help getting into it and singing at the top of your lungs. Plus, he did the B-stage thing where he's pop up with his band in the middle of the audience and that was like being in first row for me! Just pure fun, a kick ass rock show. Anyone who says Bryan's not a big rocker has not seen these huge shows. And to top it off, he sang this song about Mexico City and everyone went nuts......(called Mexico City Blues or something.....something about getting a seƱorita and getting some tequila, etc...).
Worst concert.......Heart in Mexico City on the Desire Walks on Tour........phuck!
Cheers,
Jack.
