It can mean 2 things: 1. People like David Lee Roth or the guy from Britny Fox, guys with really bad wigs you can spot from a mile away. 2. It's a term used by ignorant white people to describe other white people who have taken a liking to African-American culture and express it via talking/dressing a certain 'non-white' way. Wigger music, replacing the 'N' with a 'W', is also what rap influenced metal/hard music such as Korn, Limp Bizkit, Stuck Mojo is called by these same ignorant white people. As if rock'n'roll wasn't the black man's music to begin with. Phoolz!

Ignorant white people? Would that also include someone who compares David Lee Roth with a member of a bubble gum hair band?? PLEASE! Dave may not have the hairline he had when he was 23 (a lot of 45 year old men don't) but what hair he has is definitely HIS. If you want bad wigs, try Kevin Du Brow, or Paul Stanley.
I do however agree with your views on the term "wigger" and the African American contributions to rock n roll over all. Apparently these people have never heard of Muddy Waters, Chuck Berry, Little Richard, or Jimi Hendrix (just to name a few)
As for the music of Korn and Limp Dickzit, (along with Kid Cock and Enima) they should just call it what it is, SHIT. All these idiots have done is to reinforce what Vanilla Ice told us a decade ago. With the exception of the Beastie Boys, white boys attempting to rap sound completely pathetic.
