Part of the problem may be that these eighties bands just aren't putting out the material they used to, when they were young and HUNGRY. I am hoping that some band, whether new or an eighties band, will come out with a BREAKTHROUGH cd that will bring this style back. However, for the most part, I have accepted that this era is over & probably will only remain in my memories (great ones they were!).

There will be an 80's band with a breakthrough album in the very near future. Perhaps you may remember the band? Their name is...............

VAN FUCKING HALEN!!

However, let's hope that this does NOT bring a return of hairspray queens like Poison, Slaughter, Cinderella, Nelson, etc. But the bands who had something to say will say it again, and then (as it happens at the beginning of every decade) a new wave of bands will come along to wipe away all the crap of the boybands and Limp Dickzit types.
