i think alot of these bands would do alot better if the had more publicity i have some younger people from 18 to 25 on my crew at work and when i play cds like johnny lima , attraction, harem scarem, they ask where i got it and say its cool. The trouble is that the public buys what they hear and if there isnt any promotion of this music itll never get a chance. If radio stations would play some of the new dokken great white etc.. this would help alot. I love this music and always will .itll never be as big as it was (and i hope im wrong) but itll always be around because people like me and you like what we like and not what is trendy and arent afraid to go look for it. Yes the eighties are over and im not 19 anymore but good music is timeless. I seem to remember a few years back people saying grunge was here to stay, well i still run into alot of people that love our music but i very seldom here people say "boy do i miss soundgarden". Keep the faith it may not come back big but it will come back . the new def leppard was a good start now more bands need to follow...
