Road to Paradise was released back in 1998. The latest Magnum release is "Days of Wonder" a live recording from back in 1976. It is a recording of one of their very first performances at the Railway Hotel in Birmingham. The sound quality is really good and the performance is excellent. If you are a fan I recommend getting it, it is really amazing to hear how good they were from the beginning.
The last I heard was that Tony Clarkin was working with Sue McClosky on some new material, don't know if it will be under the Hard Rain name or something else.
